Avadhesh has around 24 years of experience in human resource management at companies in the UK, Ireland, the US and Europe. Apart from being the CHRO, he leads Acuity’s compliance, corporate services and CSR activities. He joined the business in 2016 and is based in the Gurgaon office.

Prior to Acuity, Avadhesh was regional head of HR at Moody’s Corporation. Before this, he held HR leadership roles at GE Capital, CMC Ltd and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd in India and other countries.

Avadhesh holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Delhi School of Economics of the University of Delhi, with a graduate degree in Economics. He is certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA, and is a regular speaker at Indian national HR and CSR conferences.
