Activity-Based Profile Badges

Profile Badges are a special form of recognition awarded to users who actively demonstrate organizational values through meaningful contributions and engagement on the platform. These badges recognize employees who consistently appreciate, encourage, and celebrate their colleagues.

Badges are awarded quarterly and remain visible on the user's profile throughout the quarter. At the beginning of every new quarter, badge eligibility is refreshed based on user activity and engagement.

The top 10% of users in each category will earn a Profile Badge.

Users who receive a badge will also get an email notification with the badge attached, making it easy to proudly share the achievement on platforms like LinkedIn.

Awarded to users who actively support and encourage their colleagues by:

• Giving the highest number of likes and comments on badges and awards
• Engaging on colleagues' birthday and work anniversary posts

This badge recognizes individuals who consistently contribute to a positive and encouraging workplace culture.

Top Motivator

Awarded to users who give the highest number of appreciations to their colleagues.

This badge celebrates individuals who consistently recognize, motivate, and uplift their peers through appreciation.

Smile Creator

Awarded to users whose engagement on birthday posts — through thoughtful comments and wishes — places them among the top 10% of users.

This badge honors individuals who spread joy and positivity by making their colleagues feel celebrated on special occasions.

Workversary Wizard

Awarded to users who actively engage with colleagues' service yearbook and work anniversary posts by:

• Sharing memories
• Writing meaningful messages
• Celebrating milestones and achievements

Users ranking in the top 10% for these interactions will receive this badge. This badge recognizes those who help make workplace milestones more memorable and meaningful.

Users will be able to view Profile Badges across multiple touchpoints within the platform, including:
