What is Vantage Pulse?
Vantage Pulse is an employee engagement platform built around one idea: people give better feedback when it's quick, frequent, and genuinely anonymous. Instead of a once-a-year survey that employees dread, Vantage Pulse sends short pulse check-ins on a schedule you control. That means you always know how your teams are actually feeling, not how they felt six months ago.
What can you do with it?
- Create surveys your way. Use the step-by-step wizard to build a survey from scratch, pick from a ready-made template, or let the platform send surveys automatically when employees hit key milestones. The question library has 34 validated questions across 10 engagement categories to get you started.
- Set it and forget it. Choose how often questions go out: Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, or a one-time send. Once it's live, the platform handles distribution for you.
- See the full picture in one place. The Overview dashboard shows your Engagement Index, eNPS score, and participation rate at a glance, with trend lines so you can spot movement over time.
- Find problems before they escalate. The Heatmap cross-tabs engagement scores by department, country, and business unit. If a team is struggling, the red cell will tell you. No digging required.
- Understand what employees are actually saying. Open-ended responses are automatically tagged as Positive, Neutral, or Negative. An AI summary pulls out the key themes so you don't have to read every comment.
- Follow up without breaking anonymity. You can reply to any piece of feedback and have a two-way conversation with the employee, fully anonymous on both sides. An AI Assistant can even suggest a thoughtful reply if you're not sure where to start.
- Track the full employee journey. Lifecycle surveys fire automatically at the moments that matter most: onboarding, early development, career progression, long-term engagement, and separation.

How does it all fit together?
Think of it as a continuous loop. You listen through surveys, understand what the data is telling you, prioritise the areas that need action, and then monitor whether things actually improve. Rinse and repeat. Over time, you build a real record of your organisation's engagement, not just a snapshot.
And because every response is anonymous, employees can be honest. Individual answers are never shown to admins. Only the aggregated scores reach the dashboard.
