Pulse surveys are delivered to you when a new round is ready. Depending on how your organization has set things up, you’ll receive the invitation by email or WhatsApp.

By email

You’ll receive an invitation in your work email inbox with a link to start the survey.

By WhatsApp

If your organization has WhatsApp enabled, you’ll receive a message on WhatsApp with a survey link. Tap the link to open the survey in your browser.

How to complete the survey

The steps are the same regardless of how you received the link:

1. Click or tap the survey link to open it.
2. For each question, select a number from 1 to 5, where 1 means “totally disagree” and 5 means “totally agree.”
3. Click Next to move to the next question. Use Previous if you want to go back and change an earlier answer.
4. Once you reach the last question, click Finish to submit your responses.

If you have the Vantage Circle app installed on your device, you’ll also receive a push notification when a new survey is ready.
