How do I use the AI Assistant to reply to employee feedback?

Replying to employee feedback is one of the most important things you can do to build trust in the survey process. Vantage Pulse makes it easier with an AI Assistant that suggests reply drafts so you’re never staring at a blank text box.
How to use it
- Go to Insights in the left navigation and select Comments.
- Find the feedback item you want to respond to and click the Reply button.
- A conversation thread opens. On the right side of the screen, the AI Assistant panel appears automatically with three suggested reply drafts.
- Each draft is labelled as an empathetic response. You can:
- Click Copy to copy the text and paste it into the reply box
- Click Use and Edit to load the draft into the reply box where you can adjust it before sending
- Once you’re happy with your reply, click Post. The response is delivered to the employee anonymously.
Anonymity is always preserved
The employee will never know it was you who replied, and you will never know who sent the original feedback. The conversation continues anonymously on both sides, which is what makes employees willing to be honest in the first place.
You can go back and forth as many times as needed. Each reply in the thread shows the anonymized perspective: “HR” on your side, “Employee” on theirs.
