Go to Insights in the left navigation and select Comments.
What you’ll see
Every open-ended response from employees appears here. Each comment is automatically labelled by the AI as Positive, Neutral, or Negative based on its content, so you can filter by sentiment without reading everything manually.
At the top of the page, the Overall Feedback Summary card gives you an AI-generated summary of key themes across all responses. This is useful for quickly understanding the mood before diving into individual comments.
Filtering and tagging
You can filter comments by department, engagement category, sentiment, and reply status to zero in on what matters most.
Each comment can also be tagged to help you organize and act on feedback:
- Status: mark where you are in addressing the feedback
- Action Items: flag comments that need a follow-up action
- Risk and Escalation: highlight comments that need urgent attention
- Custom Tags: create your own labels for anything that doesn’t fit the above
Replying to feedback
You can reply to any comment directly from the Comments section. Click the reply button on any feedback item and a conversation thread opens. Your response is delivered anonymously to the employee, and they can reply back. Neither side knows who the other is.
If you’re not sure what to write, the AI Assistant in the reply panel will suggest a few empathetic response drafts. You can copy one as is or edit it before sending.
