Go to Insights in the left navigation and select Employee Lifecycle.
The five lifecycle phases
Engagement is tracked across five phases of the employee journey:
- Onboarding (0 to 3 months): how new hires are settling in
- Early Development (3 to 12 months): engagement as employees find their footing
- Career Progression (1 to 3 years): how people feel as they grow in the role
- Long-Term Engagement (3 or more years): whether longer-tenured employees remain connected
- Separation: engagement signals from employees who are leaving
What’s shown for each phase
Each phase card displays:
- Engagement Score: the current engagement level of employees in that phase
- eNPS Score: the Promoter, Passive, and Detractor breakdown for that group
Click View Report on any phase to open a detailed breakdown with the full data for that segment.
Why this matters
Engagement tends to follow predictable patterns across tenure. Seeing where scores dip, whether that’s at the six-month mark or after three years, tells you where to focus your attention and where a targeted survey or intervention would have the most impact.
